St. James Lawn Bowling Club- where everyone is welcome!
St. James LBC is an amalgamation of clubs in existence since 1914, moving to its present Ferry Road location in 1959. It boasts 2 greens and a large clubhouse. In 2014, St. James LBC hosted the Canadian Lawn Bowling Championships, and in 2024, it celebrated its 110th year!
St. James LBC welcomes everyone to drop in to learn the basics of the game, and offers members both recreational and league play, and lots of fun events!

Location & Contact Information
St. James LBC is located in Bourkevale Park, behind the Bourkevale Community Centre, at the intersection of Ferry Road and Assiniboine Avenue. There is a large parking lot located at this intersection, as well as street parking. The nearest bus stop is at the corner of Portage at Ferry Road, EB stop #20285, WB stop #20208.
