The following are some of the fun events that will be occurring in the Spring / Summer of 2025
at various bowls clubs in Manitoba and some fun but competitive events beyond our provincial borders:


SATURDAY, MAY 31, 2025
is the Opening Day Tournament at 1212 Dakota.
The format will be much the same as last year, with 6 members from each club joining with 2 past provincial level competitors, to form 2 teams.  

This is an all-day competition, starting at 10 am, that allows the average bowler to bowl with our provincial competitors in a fun, laid-back atmosphere. The cost per player will be $15 and includes a BBQ lunch.
(Rain day: Sunday, June 1, 2025)
Club Reps or Presidents will be passing along more information closer to the date.


SATURDAY, JUNE 7, 2025
is National Bowls Day in Canada.
Many clubs will be holding special events
-- keep your eyes peeled!

There will be a National Bowls Day event held at 1212 Dakota on this date.  Shirley Fitzpatrick-Wong is convening it, and will need volunteers to help out.
